ZEAL is a leading youth organisation full of passionate, creative youth workers who believe that every young kiwi deserves to live a full life of meaning and purpose.
Our Zeal Nights/Street Youth Work approach represents the best of youth work practice in Aotearoa. We work to support rangatahi using the city on weekend evenings for any reason. Using a strengths-based and non-judgemental approach we build healthy and trusting relationships, fostering a sense of belonging and increasing connection to youth services and providers.
If you have youth work experience, a drive to create meaningful change and the ability to connect and build rapport quickly with young people, we’d love to hear from you!
This role is a part-time contracted position based in Wellington.

Where's the job?
Your core mahi will be on the streets of Wellington CBD and at our youth centre in the heart of Wellington, however you will be required to engage with staff and rangatahi remotely in the event of future lockdowns.
Due to the role requiring direct contact with students and young people, you will be required to be vaccinated to apply for this role.
