Teaching young people barista skills

We teach young people barista skills and provide first-time paid work experience to help them into future employment and studies. Together we are brewing up a blend of skills, creativity, and confidence that will shape young people’s futures one cup at a time.

Located at the bottom of Cuba Street, we welcome you to enjoy a high-quality coffee while you kick back in our cafe or to takeaway. You can enjoy every sip while knowing profits are going back into supporting young people.

Place of belonging

At Stories Cafe, our tutors and youth workers are dedicated to providing a nurturing and mana-enhancing experience for young people. Beyond the cafe, we provide additional opportunities for belonging through our wider Zeal activities.
