Eligibility

The ‘Zeal Easter egg hunt giveaway’ sweepstakes is open to young people located in Aotearoa, aged 13-18 as of their date of entry in this promotion. This giveaway is subject to New Zealand laws and void where prohibited by law. Zeal’s employees, it’s affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and board of trustees (collectively the “Employees”), as well as members of an Employees’ immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the “Zeal easter egg hunt giveaway’ sweepstakes. Entrants may enter up to 20 times by finding digital eggs in our online content, clicking them and completing one entry per egg by subsequently filling out the form on the page they land on after clicking each egg. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Purchase or affiliation with Zeal does not enhance chance of winning.

Sponsorship

The sponsor is Zeal Education Trust (“Sponsor”), located at 20 Alderman Drive, Henderson, Auckland. Zeal will conduct the sweepstakes substantially as described in these official rules. The Sweepstakes hosted by Zeal is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Agreement to rules

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Zeal reserves the right to disqualify entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements.. You agree to accept the decisions of Zeal as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Zeal Easter egg hunt giveaway Sweepstakes.

Zeal Easter egg hunt giveaway entry period

This promotion begins on 11th April 2022 at apm New Zealand Daylight Time and ends on 18th April 2022 at 12am New Zealand Daylight Time (“Entry Period”). To be eligible for the Sweepstakes, entries must be received within the specified Entry Period.

How to enter

Entrants may enter up to 20 times by finding digital eggs in our online content, clicking them and completing one entry per egg by subsequently filling out the form on the page they land on after clicking each egg during the entry period.

Prizes

Two winners of Zeal Easter egg hunt giveaway will each receive a Prezzy Card® to the value of $50. The prize(s) shall be determined solely by the Sponsor. There shall be
no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.  

Odds

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning. 

Selection and Notification of Winner

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under supervision of Zeal. Zeal will notify the Winner(s) by direct message on Instagram or Facebook, email or phone number depending on the platform where the entry was made within 2 days following the winners selection. The Sponsor is not responsible for nor shall have any liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to Facebook privacy settings. Nor shall Zeal be liable for the Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the Winner 1) fails to claim the prize within [40 days] from the time the award notification was sent, or 2) is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner may be selected.
