We’ve all done it. There’s a big project due the next day. Or an entire season of the best show ever drops on Netflix. Or your mind just won’t stop when your head hits the pillow. 

Sometimes we get into such a habit of bad sleep we don’t even realise how much it’s affecting us.
In this week’s experiment, I put myself through the ringer. Watch and find out what happens when I deprive myself of rest and what happens when I have enough.
