We hope you and your whānau are keeping well during this time.
I am connecting here to inform you that in line with the escalating COVID-19 alert levels across New Zealand, we have closed our Zeal centres for the foreseeable future.
As our country navigates this unprecedented season together, we are aware our young people need us more than ever. For many there is much anxiety and uncertainty in the air and the impact on young people’s mental health and well-being will be huge.
While our centres are closed, our youth work has not stopped. In fact, our relentless commitment to supporting young people has gone through the roof. We are staying in their worlds and our team is ready with creative digital ways to continue to connect with them and be a safe place of support while we all find a new normal together.
As things progress, we will continue to keep you posted on any developments on our end. In the meantime, we hope you, your whānau and community continue to stay safe. We will get through this time together, as one country and community. Kia kaha.
Ngā mihi nui,
Jesse Boyce | CEO
