Hip hop dance in Hawke’s Bay has been going off with over 500 people regularly showing up to our showcases and comps.
The recent inaugural Battle of the Bays was no exception!
The goal of
this comp was to grow the street dance community between the two regions
(Hawke’s Bay and Bay of Plenty) and help dancers take that next step towards performing in the national hip
hop dance scene.
Look out for the second Zeal HB’s Battle of the Bays at the end of 2016!
Zeal Hawke’s Bay’s hip hop dance work has over
120 young people in classes each week, thanks to the dedication of
stellar duo Olivia & Russell Morrell.
